Jaime is a jewellery maker and designer, creating future heirlooms that are made to become wearable treasures.
These treasures are made in the high country hills of Gisborne with a view like no other. As her grandfather once wisely said "People will be very lucky to have their jewellery made in such a special place with a spectacular view, something that sets you apart to be so unique."
Jaime's journey into the world of jewellery making began when she attended a goldsmithing school in Auckland.
When not in her studio, Jaime finds joy and inspiration in her family life. Together with her husband Fraser, she embraces the beautiful chaos of raising three children, twins Jonty and Isabelle, and their baby sister Billie.
Jaime creates handmade and also CAD designed pieces. Using CAD she can create a model for the client to try on before it’s made into the preferred metal of choice.
Jaime specialises in laser engraving to give you the personal twist on your own pieces and the options are endless.
Your new JL piece is nestled in wool from the farm used as protection on its journey to you. You may dispose of this wool in the garden if you wish. Wool is biodegradable slowly releasing valuable nutrients back into the earth.
We love to create a piece of jewellery woven with a story and with every glance at that piece, you are reminded that the story is still being written, and the next chapter is yours to create.
