• How will my item be shipped?

Your new piece will be shipped safe and secure nestled in wool from the farm, sent with NZ Post signature courier, you will need to sign for it upon delivery.

• Is my new piece of jewellery safe in the post?

Yes your item will be shipped with signature courier and is insured by Jaime. Every parcel is required to have a signature upon delivery, you will be responsible for signing for your package. Once it is signed for it is no longer considered in transit and it therefore is no longer insured, the item then becomes your responsibility.

• Will there be a shipping cost?

Yes there will be a shipping cost added onto your order at checkout.

• How do I find my ring size?

Finding your ring size is easy, refer to the Jaime Lucinda ring size guide or a local jewellery store will be able to size your finger for you.

• What if I have ordered the wrong ring size?

We can change this for you as long as you notify Jaime by email and return the ring within 7 days of receiving it. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging.

• How do I send my ring back?

Contact Jaime and she will provide you with an address, the item must be sent with signature courier at your own expense.

• Will changing my ring size cost anything?

Yes there will be a fee of $55 and a cost of $10 for shipping.

• Can I return the item I brought?

Due to the nature of this store mainly being made to order and custom with laser engraving we do not offer returns for change of mind on made to order pieces. Please choose carefully before you make a purchase or contact Jaime for any details if you need more information. There may be an option to return huggies/hoop earrings or the one off beauty collection. These must not be worn, packed in original box and returned within 7 days of purchase. Please contact Jaime to confirm if this option is available.

• Can I return a gift card?

No gift cards can not be returned or exchanged for money.

• My item is faulty can I send it back?

Yes if the item has a manufacturing fault Jaime will repair this within 6 months of purchase, you will need proof of purchase for this.

Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear, chipped or cracked stones, rings bent out of shape or heavy knocks and scratches to your jewellery or broken chains.

• How do I start this process?

• How long will my piece take to ship?

Most of the store is made to order with production times below

Gold or Silver Items - 2-3 weeks.

Gold or Silver items with engraving - 2 - 3 weeks.

Items with gemstones - 3-4 weeks.

Please get in touch with Jaime if you would like to work inside a particular timeframe and she can let you know if this is possible.

• Can you repair my piece of jewellery?

Yes Jaime can repair your item if it was brought from Jaime Lucinda online store. The item will need to be assessed by Jaime and she will provide you with a quote to repair the jewellery item.

• What are one off beauties?

This collection of uniquely designed jewellery pieces are available for immediate purchase and shipping - there may be a delay if the ring size needs to be changed.

Limited pieces of one off beauties are made to give you a personal experience. Similar pieces can be created through this bespoke service. One off beauties are made predominantly with sapphires and diamonds, no sapphire will ever be the same giving you a unique piece of jewellery.

• Can you change the ring size of a ring from this range?

Yes leave a note in the comment box noting the ring size and Jaime can size the ring for you.

• Will there be a cut off date to order and receive your item before Christmas?

Yes all orders must be placed by 20th of November.

There will be closures over Christmas and New-year period please be aware of this when making an order over this time.

• Do you do engraving?

• What is the difference between natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds?
  

Natural diamonds are mined diamonds from the earth.

Lab-grown diamonds are grown in a lab therefore they are a lower price point but please note they may not hold their value like a mined diamond in the future.
